  • No — only current undergraduates at MIT can join our sororities.

  • Yes! Any student who identifies as a woman (cis- or transgender) or nonbinary is eligible to join our community.

  • Each organization has their own process for determining housing, but the general expectation is that members may be called to live in the house.

  • We do not charge a fee to sign up for recruitment. Each of our chapters has different semesterly dues — you can check out their pages for specific numbers.

    Each sorority offers scholarships to members that can cover some/all fees, and the Panhellenic Association offers scholarships in the fall and spring to new and active members of our chapters.

  • Yes! Our members are highly involved across campus and are part of athletic teams, cultural and identity organizations, community service projects, performance groups, and research labs.
